One was Trash ...The other could be straightened...but wasn't worth the time and effort. Bought two new ones to go with the New Shimmershine GM Authorized new front clip. I thing their the only ones that have a licence to build and oem quality front clip complete.

Very Expensive...but Hell..the insurance covered it.

The old damaged one just needed some out side minor repair but the inner fender wells broke lose form the internal assembly. It was more prudent to replace then to repair.

The Vette now has a stock GM front clip with boning strips and is stronger then new.

I would like to get something like the cards for my 54 Motorama re-creation. I just need to know where you got them at. Could you send me that information to my e-mail mikes54vet@aol.com and you may want to post it on here for I am sure others will want the contact info also.

The bar code is an interpretation of a late model, windshield mounted VIN tag. Sometimes I wonder if you guys drive anything besides old Corvettes.

Yep Drive the last Of the Poster Boy for bad gas milage (It's really Pick Up Truck Milage)...HUMMER H-2 LUX...Named Fat Boy. It's so wide that The D.O.T made GM put Truck Clearence Lamps all over the Top and Sides.

Been Off road about 20 times...I mean Real Off raod ...!! Not that Flat Land stuff. It's the last fully loaded H2 made.....ended in 2009.

Made by AM General (Hum Vee Mfg's)... Great Rig.

Default Wait, hold your horses, and do not go to print!

You forgot to add the 11 second elapsed time at 120 something MPH!

Let see.... Fat boy has a 32 Gallon Tank.. at 11 seconds that would be ooooh ...abot 12 gallons to a 1/4 mile down to the floor.

I had one of those back in the mid 2000s. I was so tired of getting grief from it for supposed poor fuel economy, I bought a hybrid badge from the Honda dealer just to shut people up. Saw it a few years after I sold it in a dealer's newspaper ad listing it as a Hybrid Hummer. Those vehicles were the victim of a bunch of misinformation about gas mileage and off road capabilites. Not many vehicles can match a stock H2 in Moab.

Yeah The early ones had their share of Problems. The 2009 seemed to have solved most.. Mine has the Air ride that can be pumped up 2 inchs from normal ride hight and works well off road...

The under caraige protection is very good for heavy duty off roading but not for super sevear stuff. For that You need a Lift kit.

I have a set of Super Swampers tires that I deflate to 26 PSI and can climb large bolders and and tree parts. Our Hummer Club "Club Hummer Off Road " has chapters all over the USA. We have some Crazies out there that do Moab.

I'd love to wheel out there.
