Dash Work!
Since I have the cluster and clock out for restoration I decided to go ahead and replace the old heater motor and core. I can say there's only one way to get the heater box out and it's a tight one. Went better than it looked though. While I was in there I installed one of these http://www.turnswitch.com/speakers.htm on the advice from Rayvaflav.
I'm going to be painting all of the metal dash area, restoring the glove box, already did the speaker grille. Got some new Wilcox carpet, leather seat covers, foam and center armrest. Things are going well and I'm heading out for a vacation to Mexico tomorrow morning for 5 days. Starting to see that I'm probably past the halfway point or at least close to it.
I appreciate the information I've been getting from this community

Don't forget to pull the cowl vents and rebuild them now. Also perfect time for new firewall insulation

Perfect time to rebuild your brake/clutch pedal area with new bushings, rubber bumpers and relube. Also check for the all-too-common broken weld at the top of the clutch pedal. If your pedal moves side-to-side the weld is weakening and may break completely. Deal with it now if so!
