67 Big Block - Trim Tag help
Still chasing the dream : )
I have today in front of you a Trim Tag from a Elkhart Blue Big Block 67 coupe with VIN that corresponds. Waiting for pic of VIN to verify it's authenticity. Does the Trim tag pass the smell test??
Many thanks!

I'll say yes, the trim tag looks good - '67 coupe, Lynndale Blue, black vinyl interior, body assembled on June 7, 1967. It does appear to have been cleaned, but looks just like the trim tag in my '67.
By itself however that is meaningless. We need to see not only the VIN tag (it should be a high VIN, close to 20k) but also the stamp pad, engine/under hood/under carriage/ body pics.
You know the drill - we've done this dance before.............

I don't like it either. The horizontal lines and the "8".

Ha! Ha! You are so right! VIN:194377S120343 of which still needs to be authenticated. You mentioned Lynndale Blue? This car is Elkhart Blue? Car was restored in 2008 and repainted? Which color is correct? Still working on the other stuff. Need to quit my day job ; )
Hard to tell for sure from that pic, but that looks like Marina blue to me..........
