Default Source for 57 Corvette heat temperature control ****/cable

Anyone know where I can source a used or reproduction heat temperature control ****/cable for a 1957 Corvette? I am not talking about the defroster vent and fan control switch/cable- lots of those out there. Instead, I am referring to ****/cable that goes to the valve regulating the amount of hot water going to the heater. Maybe I am using the wrong search term when I am looking at all the Corvette vendor websites. Thanks for your help!
