Default 58- Distributor Question
I noticed a little flip cap at the bottom of the distributor. Is that there for a purpose? Am i supposed to put some kind of lubricant in there? If so,,what kind of lubricant, how much and how often?

Here's from the Servicing Guide (Lubrication 0-6) for the distributor:
"Fill the hinge cap oiler with engine oil every 1000 miles."
