What is a fair purchase price for this 65'?

About the Car:
Miles 105K
L30 - 250 HP original engine
Powerglide Automatic Trans
Power Steering-factory
Power dual MC Brakes - factory
Correct Color - Paint 2 years old
Leather Interior
Power Windows
Bolt on cast wheels
Mechanical are sound and the car has been kept up

One nondescript pic and your basic info will not help us as much as the following suggestions. Detailed pics, especially the trim and vin plate along with the engine pad. Interior, engine compartment, under chassis and anything else. Low 40's, maybe! Dennis

I would say low 40s.
I bought my 64 L76 -365 HP for 42K about same description but plus Manual.
