Try this
http://www.occarsandcoffee.com/
it is free and attracts very nice and rare cars.
I am a little north of Claysmoker and Bill32 in Nevada and agree that Tahoe in November is spectacular.

Hope to see you at Doughnut Derelects. I'm there most every Saturday. Here's some of what I'll be doing in the area come October.

Las Vegas, Palm Springs area, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Carmel, and on to Saint Helena. There is so much to view and such diversity you will not be bored. There is plenty of natural beauty, history, breweries, great restaurants, and wineries along the way.

Buon Girono ! When you get to San Francisco cross over The Bay and check out this dealer, they have high end autos but it's a great place to see a nice collection.

The National Auto Museum (formerly Harrah's Collection) next to the river in downtown Reno, Nevada should not be missed. Depending on your other planned stops, go east from the Bay Area through Sacramento, or north from Las Vegas if you're visiting Sin City, northeast of Los Angeles.

Hi All, I finally planned my trip and I would be really happy to get in touch with anyone to have other great advises on where to go/eat.
31oct/4nov Las Vegas
5/6nov San Diego
7/9nov Venice
10/12nov Huntington Beach
13/14nov San Francisco

I'll definitely go to Vettes for Veterans in Carlsbad, Nethercutt Museum, Donut Derelicts, Veteran's Day car show in Huntington Beach and visit few dealers in the area. We're also planning to drive the PCH from Los Angeles to San Francisco.
I'd like to know if you can suggest any small business dealers I get in touch with, where I can rent a classic car or if there's anyone interested to give me and my brother a ride in a classic car -we will provide gas and beers-

Thank you all!!!

If the weather is good Nov 7/9 and you want to come to Redondo Beach (a short drive south of Venice) maybe we can set you up with a ride in my 1966. If not, my daily driver is a 1967 Chevelle. Otherwise, check out http://regencycarrentals.com/ https://legendscarrentals.com/ or http://www.midwaycarrental.com/ for rentals in the LA area. Of course, there is also Turo (https://turo.com/) which lets you rent a car from a private party.

Make a point NOT to look up 396/425.
No point in ruining your visit to the land of fruit and nuts.

If you're going to be in the Bay area on 11/11 thru 11/13 the Good Guys are having a big car show in Pleasanton.

If you can make it up to Northern California... November is a perfect month for cruising.
Wine harvest is in... in Napa and Sonoma and San Francisco is picture perfect in November.
You can round out the visit to the Blackhawk Auto Museum in Danville. PM me and I will send you free tickets. Must see.
Just returned from a week in Rome... beautiful city... beautiful people!
