Default Negative Coil Wire

Just want to check and be sure that black lead from the negative side of coil, goes to the points along with condenser wire.

Yes, the wire from the distributor points, black, goes to the negative side of the coil. The condenser within the distributor is tied to the points and thus also goes to the negative side of the coil, HOWEVER
The condenser mounted on the coil bracket (for radio interference) goes to the positive side of the coil along with the pink wire (on R66) from the ballast resistor.
I haven't checked the schematics, but am sure this is correct.
