For our brothers in blue and the firefighters and the victims and their families and our citizens and everyone else touched by this unforgettable atrocity.
2 kinds of people out there - Some are sheep and the others are sheep dogs! Sadly there are way too many sheep in this country right now...

Given the angst to those whom choose to not honor our fallen, what do you think we, the "Basket of Deplorables", should do?

I don't participate in any way, shape or manner with the NFL. Given what they have become, it is seriously not worth my time.

I know how I'll vote, though I wish there were a better pool of candidates.

Above all, I pray - for our nation, our leaders, our people, those people around the globe whom face similar and those whom would perpetrate such atrocities.

What about you?

We visited the Flight 93 site Aug. 2014 as part of the Corvette Caravan to the Museum's 20th anniversary. I found it just as moving as the WTC site, such a sad day.

For those of you who geographically can I strongly suggest visiting the WTC Museum. Allow plenty of time as you will need it. There is so much to see and read. There is also a section with audio from victims. You will notice there are boxes of tissues. There's a reason. It's a very moving experience and yes you will "never forget".
God bless America. Years ago we use to say "love it or leave" it's time to start again.

I was living in NJ at the time about 15 mins from Manhattan. It hits much more when you were in that part of the country and lived next to those affected.

I was airborne on a flight from Newark on my way to Switzerland and learned about it when we landed. The thing that stuck in my memory was a comment by a Swiss news commentator; The Americans got what they deserved for interfering with other people's affairs.... (their view, not mine)

That Swiss commentator is just as useless as the cowardly POS that carried out the act! Yuck him!

Was in a hotel across the bay. Jumped up to catch the shuttle to JFK to airline home. Fellow at desk threw my key back and said go turn your TV on. Checked TV then walked outside as the second plane hit. I too wanted to hang them up but then skin them alive on live TV.
