Photoshoot of my '67 Coupe
My good friend and amateur photographer, Mike Mauro, wanted to do a photo shoot of my 1967 Coupe, so we got together yesterday and he snapped some cool photos. I hope I didn't ruin the rear shots by editing out the license plate. Enjoy!

Photos of the car itself are awesome, however he needs to pay better attention to everything in the photo. There are several things in the background and that I think are distracting. He should have moved the car to eliminate them or photoshopped them out. Examples are the sign on the wall in the first photo, telephone poles and other clutter in second photo. Comments from one amateur photographer to another. I really like his style

Thanks everyone for the kind words.
We literally did the whole shoot in less than an hour, including set up. We didn't do much planning, just wanted to take some pics. The pic with the telephone poles was a test shot, and was the only one with a full side profile, which is why I included it. I forgot about the garage door opener in the ashtray, and didn't realize it until after the photos were taken.

Wow, these are great. The car looks good, and the background clutter, or the opener in the ash tray, serve to make the car look "real" and not too professional. Really well done.

Good shots I think a good camera helps some 63 shots in silver
Cool light reflection helps.

I'm usually not a fan of HDR, however I really like these as he used the technique to slightly enhance the photos, but didn't go to the extreme like so many typically do. Very well done.

When you have a beautiful looking car like that it's pretty easy to make a photographer look good! #4 in particular is my favourite. Nice use of lighting! Hats off to your amateur friend!

Mike may refer to himself as an amateur photographer, however he is anything but.
If you do a quick search for Mike Mauro, even here on the C1-C2 Forum, you will see some absolutely stunning photo's he's done of Corvettes. It's great to see he is back at it!
