I'm looking for photos of a 54 to help in my restoration process. Does any one have an archive or know of a resource to help me out.

One of those trips involved driving that '54 from my Dad's home in Georgia out to my home in California.
Were it not for you, I probably would have never considered doing such a thing. Thanks!

Thanks for helping me out here. I've completed the frame, engine,. and drive line. Body is going to paint soon so I will be assembling. I'm looking for pictures to help me get all the wiring, cables, etc. oriented correctly. Pictures of the engine bay, interior, and under the dash are what I need the most.

Do you have the latest edition of the NCRS judging manual. It has tons of pictures and good detailed descriptions of how things should be.

I do not have a copy of that manual. Do you suggest I start there? The car is all original except for the "251 head" so I'm trying to stay true to the original as possible but it will be a driver and not a trailer queen.

Thanks, Mike. You ought to know that your long ago experience driving your freshly purchased, and un-tested, un-proven '62 home has been the inspiration for several similar trips for me.

I don't deserve any credit for those pictures. Russ Uzes (Yesa59) spent an afternoon taking them and then made the web page for all to see. Heck, I sometimes refer to them myself.
BTW, there is a CF member (and I'm embarrassed to admit I forget who) who has '54 #3299, the car mine followed down the assembly line.
BTW^2 Randy I look at pictures of your '54 with lust. I wish mine looked that gorgeous.

#3299..... Body being lowered to frame. I've posted many pics of my resto that may or may not help you. The car was fitted with a V-8 back in the day and I'm keeping it that way. Jims photos have been a HUGE help along with the many other members here on the forum.
