Default radiator question

Harrison aluminum radiator that came out of my 65 vette.
Would like help interpreting the attached code.

Code 3155316 but has a welded tag with 74-1 right next to it

Your question should be over in the General area for C-1/C-2, but the part number is correct and the tag may be from a rad shop that flushed it sometime in the past. Dennis

The market for used radiators is very small. Price it cheap and someone will buy it.
