Default Stamp, Mark, or Imagination?

Is this a stamp or my imagination? Appears clearer in person than I can photograph. Seems to be a "circle" of C's or horseshoes or some image. It's in the inside of the side box beam of the frame near the kick up. 1964 year. Just to the right of the depression in the second picture.

On my iPhone it looks like an imagine of either Virgin Mother Mary or Jesus Christ!

I'll bet that is what it is!

Obviously the camera didn't see it either. Out of focus.

Second pic is either Bobsponge Squarepants or the Koolade pitcher from their ads.

Seems as though those pics might be useful to a psychiatrist as everyone is seeing something different. Kinda like the "ink blot" test.

On closer inspection there is definitely something strange going on there

You guys are killing me!

What I "though" I could make out was a stamp similar to the wheel institute stamp on the KH steel wheels. Sorry the pics were so poor. Seems AOS made the frames, so no idea if they stamped a logo on them. I'd never worked this area of a vette before. Thanks to Frankie, it is much clearer on his pics!

From the quality of the photo, it has to be Sasquatch.

Guys, check your carbs. I'm sure they are running very rich and the vapors are affecting you. Dennis

Ok, so where are the new in-focus pictures?

I know what you are talking about, I have seen things like that before. Often they are machine marks where a piece of steel was machined. In the case of the frame, it is likely an impression or an embossing from some of the press pads (which were machined likely) that press and bend the frame to shape.

Thanks, but no way I'm touching that one again!
Actually I'll look again, but may have primed over it. Wouldn't want to spoil everyone's fun though.
There was nothing on the pass side. FWIW.

Probably shouldn't have done that. TCracingCA might have been right and, it may have become a shrine!

He will definitely know that I was on to something, if he has people walk up and praise and worship his car!

On a serious note - I just went over a VERY early 63 frame in a nearby shop. This piece is ridiculously pristine. The welds are crisp and even...the VIN can be read easily with the naked eye and the numbers are sharp and clear in both places where it exists.

I saw no indication of anything in this same area on that frame.

And be sure there is a small box with a slot in the top for "offerings" nearby!
