Sunday drive
This last Sunday, a friend of mine came over to talk about corvettes. It was nice enough to take a drive so drove him around my usual route. There's a house on the route which has a lot of automobile memorabilia outside and inside. I have probably drove by his place a dozen times and never got a chance to meet up with the owner. A few years ago, I had met the owner of the house at local car show. He told me I should stop by sometime and check it.
The last sunday, I had my chance... He was out working on his yard. We stopped by to talk about his car and shop. He then asked if I wanted to take a picture of my car in his garage. At first, I told him no then thought what the heck... I am glad I did.
He told me people from all around bring cars up to his place for photo shoots. He has had several people take photo shoots for special events.
A really cool guy!

WOW! that is one nice garage etc. Not over the top, just right and your car looks really at home there. Thanks for posting. Dennis

WOW!! That is one heck of a garage
I really love the old gas pumps, they add some style! And your corvette seems to feel at home in this place

Yeah the backs I think are 225 65 R15s (not Weatherwise). A few years ago, I had cut a tire down and needed a pair since had no spare at the time. I went with different size on the front.

Also got two comments regarding the sound from two different people in two different locations.
"Sounds like a jet boat" - My response: Thanks!
"Sounds aggressive" - My response: Thanks!
My wife just laughed at me. Got to love the off-road exhaust.

Just wondering, is that a rural area? I'm thinking most "developments" as housing plans are called around here, wouldn't be supportive of the embellishments he's got. Looks great though, and I would love to have it myself.
