Seems we were through this just a few years ago, but since there's been some new people and such enjoined response, thought I'd toss mine in also:

I had the courage to claim part of R66 (our 66), even though the boss out bid me at the auction and claims ownership, I have to wrench it along with my 68.
She thinks it means Red 66, I haven't told her it is not red, but Milano Maroon. I have guts, but don't want them spilled out.

Brian, I missed the posts where you finished the '63 Split Window and now I find you've already sold it. All I can say, is it turned out spectacular!

Burning Brakes
Mine is pretty boring. MCB-my initials. 55-210...have been working on my 1955 210 two-door post for a number of years. Had just finished the chassis when my '62 Corvette came into my life. The '55 got put on the back burner, and the Corvette was built over the next couple of years. My '55 is at my buddies shop, and will be black by spring. I'll then bring it home for wiring and assembly.
Hopefully the '55 will be on the road in a couple of years.
Mike

I thought this was started before but couldn't find it. Anyways, mine is derived from my favorite locomotive on my favorite railroad (Mikado#463 on the Cumbres & Toltec ex DRG&W narrow gauge) Rode behind her on my honeymoon (talking about the locomotive ..) 41 years ago.
here's a neat video if interested.....

Mine is simple enough; my Fawn Beige '62.

I started on here with 6t6t7, and due to unknown reasons I was kept from logging in several times/iterations. Thus I am now 6t6t7again...but the reason behind 6t6t7 was that when I built it, it was comprised of many 66 and 67 parts, though there are other years involved as well...Some here would call it a Frankenvette even though it really looks just like a Real Vette...........Chuck

SDVette = San Diego Vette.
When I created that ID, I never imaged I would be here 15 years later! If I did, I would have thought of something much more cleaver.... Like GearHeadFred!
BTW: WD6FHS here.

Mine will be black with red interior. Fuel injected small block, 700R-4 trans, 3:55 rear. Haven't decided on wheels yet, but probably American Racing.
