Color or black?
On the 61-62, in the area just outside of the grille, the oval area behind the front bumpers are black on some cars, color matching on others? What was original, what is the current preferences?

Its supposed to be black. Painting it body color is something to do if a person is looking for a custom touch, but looks very incorrect on a car going for a stock appearance. You can see it a mile away, too.
