Maybe I'm missing something, but, there are clearly disc brakes on the car, yet there are brake drums on the ground next to it...

Aluminum melts at about 1220F, and low carbon steel anneals as low as 1500-1600 degrees, but high carbon steel can anneal as low as 1400.
If the temperature of the fire was between 1220 and 1400, the frame is likely still (steel?) good. The problem is determining at what temperature the fire burned. While this can be determined, I'm guessing no one would chance it.
FWIW, it takes a whole lot more energy to produce a 1600 degree fire than a 1200 degree fire.
Still, I agree that using the frame would be chancy.

Also, if you look at the % of the bidders with this seller....looks like they only buy parts and stuff from the same guy. 100% of their bids are with this seller.....me thinks i smell a rat as well as a burnt Corvette....
