Default Q: Fuel Tank exchange between C3 and C2

Does anyone know if a 75-77 fuel tank will fit in a 65 corvette?
The reason, I am asking: I plan on installing a late model LT1 engine and it would be handy to have a non-custom fuel tank that had provisions for a return line and a vent. So many parts are interchangeable between generations, I am hoping that fuel tanks dimensionally are as well.

Thanks,
John

Won't work different dimensions, however it would be nice if it did, as 75 and later had a "rubber bladder" in the tank. :smash:
