Found a filter that fits 64 snorkle air cleaner
AC Delco came through! Filter A353C fits perfectly, better than the Fram that was on the car when I bought it. The AC Delco has a lip on the top and the bottom and fits very snug. The Fram only had a lip on the top. Thanks for all of your suggestions :hurray: :hurray: :hurray:

Still waiting on delivery on my 64 from Chicago. Should be Thurs. or Friday I'm sure the original is gone. But it sounds like the A 353 C will have to work till I find a A 165 C

Does your 64 have a 327/300? I put my new filter in yesterday and my 64 has more pep than it did with that old Fram. Plus, the AC Delco has a lip on both the top and bottom and really fits snug. :hurray:
