Wtb 3814 A.I.R. Holley Carb For 67 Corvette
#2
Burning Brakes
I've got a core.
1967Al,
I've got a core available. It's mostly there, with little
missing. The choke mechanism and linkage (pull-off
pot and stepped fast idle cam etc) are there. I have some digital pix of it, although they're a bit fuzzy. I had a friend shoot the pix since I
don't have a digital camera. The carb has been sitting for
a long time and needs complete restoration/recolor. The
throttle shafts aren't bound, but the link arm between
the primary and secondary blades is missing for example. It
has the GM p/n 3906635-DP stamped on the air horn,
and a date code of 984, 1969 vintage unfortunately if I
remember my Holley lore correctly. I got it from the widow of
a friend of mine, so it's just taking up space in my garage. Let
me know if you want the three pix, and what email to send to.
I'd be happy to accept any reasonable offer. Email me at
stingray@llnl.gov if you're interested.
Thanks,
John A, 67L88Vette
