This is a shot in the dark. I WTB a 3959512 casting block that was a GM service replacement block in the 70’s.

This block would have large (350) journals and 4-bolt caps with a spin-on oil filter and the provision for the oil vapor/liquid separator canister in the lifter valley and a hole in the rear of the block for crankcase ventilation.

I have one, along with 327 polished crank, pistons, cam, heads, intake, etc. It's disassembled. Have new bearings. Needs to be cleaned and reassembled.
