Default Muncie case for a 66 serial# 102301

I have a Muncie case for a 66 stamped with serial number 102301. Would rather have a early 68 case. This one is in EC. Does anyone have a early 68 case in EC to trade? If so, I will be very cautious determining if it is rebuildable so would want it sent to me first before I send out this one.

I am going to rebuild the transmission, already ordered the parts and moving forward. If anyone want's this one as a complete rebuilt unit then I guess I need to get the value of a new transmission in return.

Would love to find MY original 68 - 401273 stamped case.

These are just thoughts because I was looking at the serial number thinking if the car is still around, someone would appreciate getting this.

Well, maybe. 2 problems now:

Is the right one a 3925660 or a 3885010 because the car is a 68 but built 10/4/67?

I am learning that these cases are also date coded. Thats going to make it a lot harder.

3885010 Main case was used in the 1966-67 model years...
3925660 Main case was used in the 1968-70 1/2 model years...
1968 Model year Corvette used a 3925660 main case...
The only date code used is the stamped in build code, the "P" number...
I have over 100 Muncie cores and 100+ Muncie main cases in stock...
If you need more info E-mail me for my phone number... Crash

So regardless of when it was built if it's a 68 it's a 660. I sent you an e-mail.
