Default Exhaust Manifold Help

OK, I'm confused. I have a cracked drivers side exhaust manifold on my 67 SB. As near as I can make out the casting number is 3797901. I did a search on this part number in the forum and came up with this picture:

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c1-a...-manifold.html

This is not what my manifold looks like. Mine is squared off on the left end, and the alternator bolts into the manifold from the front.

I have found pics of what I think is my manifold, but the casting numbers aren't even close. Can anyone tell me what the correct number is for the manifold that belongs on this car? Thanks!

Default Exhaust Manifold

Hi,

According to the NCRS Spec Guide, your '67 Small Block should have a 2" Exhaust system. The Driver Side Exhaust Manifold should be 3846559 unless you have Transistor Igniton, and then it would be 3872765.
The one you found was mine, and it is a 2-1/2" for High Horsepower '62-65 Corvettes.
I hope this helps. The 559 should be fairly easy to come by, but it soulds like you may have a 2-12" system on your car, which may require more changes.
