Default 1965 327 L76 w/Muncie M20

All original and complete 1965 SBC 327 L76 and Borg Warner T10 4 speed transmission. I believe the motor and trans came out of a 65 Vette in 1968 and has been in my Dad's 56 Chevy since. He had in running from 68-70 and then it went into storage. The motor was rebuilt in 2000 as part of a ground up restoration and has seen less than 1000 miles since then. Runs great, no leaks, noises, or smoke.

The L76 was rated at 365hp and 350lbs torque.

Casting numbers are:
Block 3782870
Heads 3782461
Trans have T10-1 B on case and T10-7A on tail housing.

Package includes complete motor (oil pan to carb), aluminum flywheel, bell housing, clutch, and transmission. We did replace the solid lifters and cam with the hydraulic 30/30 cam at time of rebuild.

I am asking $2750 for the motor and $1000 for the trans. Open to offers. I figured if anyone is looking for a period correct restoration, this would be helpful. I also have the 2 1/2 inch Corvette Ram horn Exhaust Manifolds that can be included for $300.

The motor and trans are still in the car and it is running if anyone wants to take a look. I am located in Dallas, TX. If you have any questions or want pics, let me know.

Thanks

You do not have a M20, you have a T-10 4 speed. The numbers tell so.

T10-1 B on case and T10-7A on tail housing.

I realized that when I pulled the numbers but I am not able to change the titel of the post. I did update the post to say Borg Warner (B/W)

Would you still have the 2 1/2 inch exhaust manifolds for sale? If so coul you advise what the GM #'s are on same. My 65 Vette 327-365 requires: GM 3846563 LH & 3797902 RH with alt mounting bracket on RH side:

From your post on Vette forum: I figured if anyone is looking for a period correct restoration, this would be helpful. I also have the 2 1/2 inch Corvette Ram horn Exhaust Manifolds that can be included for $300.

Thank you
