Default 1963 Corvette RE 327/340HP L76 Long Block For Sale

This is not a "what is it worth" ad but it is one where I plan on adding more information and photos as I can. Since my injuries awhile back (both hands broken) I haven't had a chance to gain access to this engine or oil the cylinders and attempt to turn it over. But here's what I got:

1963 Corvette Long Block, L76 RE Code (327/340hp), has rotating assembly (though I haven't had anything apart), 2.02/1.60 cylinder heads and correct OEM aluminum intake manifold #3794129. I do not have the correct AFB carburetor, distributor, 6 quart oil pan or exhaust manifolds. It does have the correct alternator and bracket. Price is $1,900 for all and let's call this a rebuildable long block, it hasn't been run in over 20 years. PM me for information and I will add the additional casting numbers, VIN and date codes and I will get access to get some photographs. This has a really nice clean stamp pad.

Here's some numbers:

Casting Number At Rear Of Block:

3782870

Deck Stamp (looks really great and legible):

3107156 F0102RE

Date Casting At Bellhousing:

L 17 2

Aluminum Intake Manifold Casting Number:

3794129

Alternator W/Bracket Stamp:

1100693-37A 4623-12V NEG

It'll be a little while before I can cart this mill up to work and get photos and more numbers.

All PM's have been answered, this mill has been sold, took it apart for a serious buyer and everything was standard. A great deal for the buyer.
