Default Chevy 327 Heads Casting #3782461

These heads were just removed from my 327 and are casting #3782461, otherwise known as "461 heads". They are one of the best flowing factory heads GM had to offer. The date code is F225 (July 22, 1965). Unfortunately they do not have the factory valves. However, they have been upgraded to SS Valves, double springs, 3/8" screw in studs, guide plates, hardened retainers and locks -- Yea Buddy!!!

There is nothing wrong with the heads and they were only removed due to upgrading to aluminum heads. I didn't want to cut these up for nostalgic reasons. They are in perfect shape, just clean them up and bolt them on. . .

Here are the specs:
Casting No Years CID Intake Exhaust CC
3782461 1962-67 327 1.94 1.5 62.076

I'm looking to get $485 for the pair as I feel that is a fair price compared to the junk out there, especially the inflated priced heads on eBay. I can e-mail pictures if interested...

Its more then a fair price for matching heads. What will sell them is the date, if they were Jun I would buy them.

TC233 - Thank you! I try to be fair and with the couple of dollars in cleaning them and maybe replacing the valve seals, it's a fantastic price.
