Hi..

I'm missing both the lower headlight clips/brackets that are riveted on the headlight bucket and hold the chrome headlight on.

I tried to make one, but after an hour of frustration, I gave up.

Anyone either know how to make one, perhaps have some clips, or a bent-up headlight bucket where the clips are good that you want to sell?

I saw those and the cost and that prompted me to try to make my own. Hate to pay 32 bucks for just 2 clips, but may have no choice.

I am cheap, also, but I bought those, figuring my time is woryth something,a nd I didn't need the frustration. I only needed to repalce 2 or 3 of mine, I didn't use teh entire kit. My lowers were broken, also.

I know I'm frugal, but 40 bucks (including shipping) for 8 brackets seems a little expensive. But it's just not the price, I was in the middle of fitting my headlight chrome rings and I didn't want to wait if I ordered them.

So, I tried to created my own...came out pretty good and work great.
Below the picture is the "basic" pattern for the lower ones if anyone finds themselves in the same boat.
