A couple 15 x 7 wheels left over from work on the '63...
Got my car back and after the new rear spring went on, the 2 15 x 7 wheels in the back would not clear the new spring. So, it seems that these should fit 63 and 64 FRONT ONLY , should fit 1965, 1966 and 1967 front and back, and 1968 all. (Will fit others if you want a 7" wheel.) And other Chevrolet that fits Code AE. Painted black. It accepted the hub cap for the '63.
I have 2 wheels with Code AE and is stamped 15 x 7 JJ. It is used for Chevrolet full sized cars and the bolt pattern, 5 x 4 3/4, fits the Corvette. I took these wheels off my 1963 Sting Ray Split Window.
I do not know the backspace measurement.

Clarifying questions, yes they were on my '63 when I bought it and they had the '63 hubcaps on them. Hubcaps are not included.
