Jerry,

There's another correct one on Ebay now at the link below. More reasonable than the Gray Gracy one!

Looks mostly correct. Has the S head screws, but it may have been rebuilt at some time. The pivot pin doesn't look quite right. Also looks like some letter after the part number stamp.
