Good '56 - '62 3.36 and 3.55 rear carrier assemblies for trade.
I have two good, but unwanted, '56 - '62 differential assemblies that I'm tired of tripping over. One is a 3.36, and the other is a 3.55. Both are open (non-posi) rears. I'll trade either for a 4.11 or 4.56 differential assembly that I can actually use. I'll pay for all the shipping involved.
I also have an all-GM '56 - '62 5.13 posi rear. Yowzah! This particular 5.13 ring and pinion set was only offered through GM Parts for a few years in the late sixties. It's weird in that it uses a stock 3-series posi case. In other words, this ring and pinion set was designed to go into a 3.08/3.36/3.55/3.70 posi rear without a spacer ring!
If you want to make yourself a 3.36 or 3.55 posi set-up, I'll sell this 5.13 carrier assembly to you as part of the deal for $400.

Definition of terms: To me, a differential assembly (or carrier assembly) is the entire removable center section of a third member. In other words, no axles or side-to-side housing with brake backing plates.
