WTB - Hood stinger style
I am looking for a 67 stinger style hood that will fit my 65. Must be in VGC but doesn't need to be an original as this cars purpose is to follow the look of the scca corvettes of that era. Thanks, Scott

Not sure where you are located, but I know of a reproduction '67 Stinger Hood in excellent condition, near Kansas City that can be bought fairly right.

I went and took pics of the hood yesterday it is the stinger style. It came off my 64 . I was thinking about my 59 hood, it's the L-88.
The stinger hood is a repo skin on a stock hood.

Scott I have a 67 Stinger hood. Black with red stinger. Condition depends on person looking at it. Has very small paint chips along edge, but I think it is excellent. It is original GM Corvette hood. I am located in Salisbury NC.

Scott, I will have to move alot of stuff to get to the hood. I hung it on the wall to keep it safe. It is an original 67 BB black with red stinger. still have the 427 emblems on it. Good condition, never modified.

Hi Bob, thanks for the reply. I guess I wasn't aware of just how valuable original bb hoods are - probably out of my price range for this project so I'm going to have to pass for now but thanks all the same-Scott
