A/C "J" bulb clamp
This holds the "J" bulb of the TXV to the evaporator discharge pipe, ensuring proper metering of refrigerant into the evaporator.
A very rare part, not reproduced to my knowledge.
Not many folks need this special clamp, but if you do....here it is.
