Might as well spend the money and get a restored original from Greg Thompson or send him your original to be restored.

You do realize that just about every 65-66 original corvette power antenna that goes up and down from the interior switch HAS BEEN RESTORED. And if, by some chance, you can find one that still moves up and down that hasnt been restored....its 50-year hardened grease in that thing. Restore it before you put it in there. What does all this info equate to? Get a restored one.
