1966 Colorado License Plates - Pair, New
New pair of CO plates; never issued, just as the inmates manufactured. Suitable for CO 'year-of-manufacture' registration/display (probably the only thing that is 'free' at Colorado DMV). $50 + shipping or pick up in Colo Springs/Black Forest area. One set only.
