One of these just went for over $800 on EBay. Looke like it was in crummy condition too.

Make sure you know the difference between the 53-61 and the 62 only.

There are repros.

You can also buy one that is very similar and will fit in the spare tire. Cost is $20. Made in the USA. I've got one and it works great. Let me know if you;re interested, and I'll go look it up.

Norco 82002B

Look it up on the Internet. Lots of places to buy it. Made in the USA. Around $20. Looks like the original. Won't fool anybody. Fits in the spare tire well. Basic scissors jack.

I found it by looking up AUSCO, the company that made the original C1 jack. AUSCO somehow led me to Norco. Either Norco took over AUSCO's jack business, or they were in the same building. I forget which now. But there is a coincidence or more between this jack and the original C1 jack.

They state that they bought the tooling from Ausco when Ausco got out of the jack business. They have an SJ2 and an SJ-1.5 that look like the original jack.
