Default WTB driver 63-66 roadster

Hello, I would like to find a 63-66 driver quality convertible. I would like to be at 35k or less depending on condition. I am willing to do mechanical work and have a good understanding of that stuff (professional Motorcycle tech) Prefer original engine, but not mandatory. I am not too picky about 4-speed or auto. 250 horse or whatever is fine. My wife loves the C1 cars, and that would be great, but I am thinking a 63 or 64 would be more likely at my price range. Thanks for any leads. Terry

I have a 1965 convertible for sale. It is a nice weekend driver quality car.
The engine is a numbers matching 350hp with a 4 speed.
It is Glen green (original trim tag)
It has a new Al Knoch interior and a new white top.
The wheels are stock with new white wall radials and a nice set of hubcaps.
There is no spare, no spare tire carrier, no jack.
It has a Hurst shifter, headers, and the radio is original but does not play.
The frame is great with no rust issues.
I live in Atlanta and will take $35,000 for the car.
I can help with the transportation after the car is paid for.

Hello, sorry harleyreg and hudson hornet. Been working too much. Will try to get in touch this weekend. I am located in Phoenix, AZ. Been wanting to try a corvette for a while off and on. I have a 1970 Super Bee and an old porsche 911 right now, thinking a C2 might bridge the gap and be an only car at some point.

Not my style, but if you're looking to profit from a third party transaction, why not work a deal with the seller?

How much are you paying to find you a car? I might stay home from work and make a career change?

That Green 65, a few posts above, is long gone (sadly, not to me).
