I assume it is the same car Oneputt saw listed in WI this summer. I went to Middletown and looked at it on Sunday. It was not what I wanted so I did not spend much time with it. The owner of the car lot is Earl and will discuss it as long as you like. I think he did tell me it needed a heater core. You might want to see additional pictures from the previous sale by googleing the VIN.

Thanks for the tip Jim. I will check it out. I had a car I was trying to buy so I had scaled back on the hunt but it didn't work out. So back to looking. The C1's are really starting to appeal to me and I'm adding them to the list.

The C1 had been on my list for my wife until I realized she would have a challenge with C1's not having PS available

(I know, aftermarket PS with a different steering column is available for C1's, but that is a modification I don't want to make. Adding PS to a C2 is no big deal.)

BTW, if you are interested in a beautiful '56, I know of one available. TF at two Nationals, two Regionals, Bloomington Gold, Triple Crown Award etc. and it's a powerglide.
