66 roadster for trade
Here’s the story on my 66 corvette roadster. I bought the car 2 years ago because I just couldn’t pass on the deal. At the time and still to this day, I’m really interested in buying a mid year coupe, but I ended up with the roadster. So, I’m looking to trade, or sell the roadster as soon as I find a coupe. Either way, I need a project car for this winter, so if I can’t find a coupe, I’ll do the frame off on the roadster.
About the roadster I’d sell: It’s a 327 4 speed, PS, PB, nassau blue exterior and interior. The car was undergoing a restoration when the restorer died. He was as expert as you can get in the world of corvettes. The tranny has been removed and rebuilt, motor removed and awaiting rebuild. I have all new interior, more new parts than can possibly list here. It comes with a hard top. The only things it will need are a new windshield (original is scratched) new soft top, new battery, and of course new belts and hoses. The cluster needs nothing but a cleaning. This is going to make a spectacular car.
About the coupe I’d buy: 65,66,67 corvette coupe, should be a complete or mostly complete car, in need of a frame off restoration. Either 327 or 427 4 speed would be fine, mileage not important. I don’t care about the color. Needs to be a no hit car though.
Please keep in mind that I'm looking to trade my roadster and maybe throw in a little cash for your coupe. Not really interested in an outright sale of my roadster, so posting an asking price would be irrelevent.

Asking prices are required on all sale threads. If you would like to have me enter an asking price in your opening post, contact me and I'll do that and re-open the thread.
From the Guidelines:
The forum will permit "OBO" or "serious offers" in a sale thread where a price has been stipulated.
We will not permit threads where no price is stated, and asks for open offers.
Members are not permitted to "gauge interest," in their item for sale thread. Such threads will create an ebay type auction, and that is unacceptable. Sellers must create their thread with an asking price included.
