Despirately Looking for a 61 or 62 Resto
Does anyone have a 61 or 62 restorable Vette for sale at an affordable price for a common working man that appreciates the beauty of these American made gems. I want the car as a driver so matching numbers are not important. In fact I would take a car without any engine if that were the case, more concerned with the interior and body being complete, but would be happy to see what anyone has to offer. I have a buddy that has a 1962 that he started resto modding. He has gotten sidetracked and i believe he would sell it at a decent price. The body has been stripped and is currently sitting on a Billy Dawson frame with C4 suspension. He has an LS1 and 6 speed manual mounted in the frame. He has all of the parts to finish the car, but no time. He has lost interest in it. The car is in Arkansas. If this is of any interest, call me later tonight at 501-680-8750. Thanks, Rick
