24' Featherlite Trailer
I figured I would post it here first to see if a forum member was interested. I have a 2001 20' enclosed Featherlite car hauler which I purchased new. It's got less than 500 miles on it. It's been used as an expensive storage trailer for the past eight years. This same trailer is over 20K now. I'm asking $7500. It's been sitting for so long now that I wouldn't trust the tires so for that price I would put 4 new tires on it and it's also going to need a new battery for the electric brakes. It also needs a good wash and wax. I don't want to put tires and a new battery on it unless I sell it because if it doesn't sell it will just sit again. My car has only been in it once when I brought it home in 2006. Other than that it has only been used 4 or 5 times to move family members locally. I would consider taking an open car aluminum trailer in trade. I will probably regret selling it but I hate to see it just sit there. PM me if there is any interest.

I bought it brand new in 2001 but it hasn't been used since 2006 except as a storage trailer. 2006 is when I bought my 67 Corvette. It hasn't been used since.

Thank you, I'm back at work today and the trailer is here so if you have any questions you can call me. The trailer is in the back of my building and as of now there is no snow. Once it gets snowed in I won't be able to get it out until spring.

Forgot to mention that it comes with the hitch and stabilizer bars. I've already had a bunch of ridiculous offers. I'm not desperate to sell it so if it's not sold by the time it snows I will just wait until spring, put new tires and battery in it, pressure wash it and wax it, and up the price.

I was just informed last night that this trailer is actually a 20'. It was sold to me as a 24' but I guess you don't count the V-nose in the measurement. I don't want to mislead anyone but I think it's still a good deal at this price. I have informed everyone that once it snows here it will be off the market until spring. In the spring I will clean it up and install new tires and battery and the price will go up.

I think that you said 20 feet in your original post so there should be no confusion. Sounds like a great deal for someone. It would also be a great extra space garage for those of us running out of room.
