65 L79 4 speed matching# red roadster SOLD
19467S111410 built 3/3/65 (100 of 125 built that day)
Engine F0219HT

Trans P0220 3851325
Bell 3858403
L79 327/350hp, 4sp, 76K miles, rally red / black vinyl (Al Knoch, have originals), matching hardtop, power antenna, side pipes added (have original rear valance), teak wheel added (have original), bolt ons added (have original steel), new Toyos. All original body panels with all bonding strips intact, born with drive train, all owner history, POP, original glove box literature and keys, delivered to Nick Chevrolet in Tarentum PA, receipts back to 1998. Overall fit of doors, hood, headlight assemblies is excellent, older on fame restoration when door panels, seat covers, carpet were all replaced, exterior trim, emblems, bumpers, grill etc are excellent, LED tail lights added, spin on oil filter adapter added (have original canister), no leaks, all gauges work, paint is a 9 out of 10 (base coat clear coat), drives tight, windshield is an older replacement but nice. Last year the radiator was flushed, brakes were bled, new tires mounted on new bolt on knock offs. The only 2 things I can say bad about the car is the radio speaker grill is loose, and the clutch will chatter a little on hills if you don't let it out just right. It's a special car with great documentation. Drives absolutely straight and just as it should. A solid #2 car.
