Default Check out my rims

I got a smoothing and polishing kit from eastwood and decied to refurbish my rims they used to me machined finished. The pictures are of one wheel. But it is not bad for the first time.

Good job if it wasn't of the little rust spot inside the set screw they look brand new

Yea I am going to fix that screw I had to dig through 8 boxes of corvette parts to even find the wheel screws. They wheels will stay like that without clear but I will have to keep them polished. I plan to use the POR 15 Glisten PC clear for rims so that I do not have to polish them every time i wash the car.

They look really nice. Do you have a picture of what they looked like before you started. I have some aluminum wheels that I plan to buff for the first time.

I do not have any pictures of the wheel before I started but I can post pictures of the other 3 when I get the car back from the guy that is putting my motor in. Also if you use the eastwood kit be very careful their buff wheels bolt together and the bolt will mar the wheel if it hits it. That is what happend to this one the angle buffer I was using sliped and the bolt head mared the wheel.
