I have seen worse and saw them come out pretty darn nice. But, I don't need a $2k vette. I wonder if there are enough parts to make money on it.

Might be a good parts car. Wheels will get some $$$.

I'm more interested in the multiple "Dukes of Hazzard" Chargers in the background.

WTF?

Run..run away as fast as you can...then check your pockets once your clear. This guy is a total rip artist....and on more than one occasion. I live not too far from this dealer and often stop to look when I'm in need of amusment. Just looking at his offerings...his descriptions..then prices...sends waves of thundering laughter over me. He sells on Ebay occasionally (or used to untill banned) and I often would look at the cars he listed.
Bottom line....it's a muscle car junk yard, and buyer beware!!!

no pictures of the engine there may not be one.....

the parts alone are worth $2000 - rims, doors,T-tops,glass.... the interior is pretty much junk though....

Even as a parts car that one is a little light. Rear suspension, doors, wheels, 1 good headlight, 1 with broken horsehoe, hood, column, tach(-no speedo?). Not much else will sell or is worth much. It might part out for $2000 but I doubt it will go much more with a bad frame.

If he'd knock a 9 off the end I still wouldnt buy it. I have found the hard way that cheap corvettes are the most expensive vette you'll ever own !

HA! In your dreams

Luedtke Beaters has all kinds of hot rods for sale. Note that the front ends are almost all high. There are no engines in many of them. He does deliver though. He'll drop the car and an engine in your driveway and then run.

I bet Eddie hangs out there checking out all those orange Dukes cars
That guy has some kind of Mopar connection and he paints up Dukes clones right on the premises. Note also that he calls the "fixer-upper" cars "father and son" projects. You'd need a father and 10 sons that work in body shops and restoration shops to fix some of that stuff up.
He does have some cars that have potential if you don't mind working from scratch. There's a 1969 Camaro that catches my eye:

http://adcache.collectorcartraderonl...5/78620555.htm

But looking inside, I don't see the clutch, brake or gas pedals.

You can go here and see the trailer for the new movie.

http://www.themoviebox.net/movies/20...he/trailer.php

NONE of the actors are from the original series...which is available on DVD. The movie looks like a real piece of crap. Too much emphasis on the female star Jessica Simpson (no idea who she is...but Catherine Bach in her day was MUCH hotter). The two leads for Bo and Luke Duke act like morons from Animal House.
Boss Hogg is BURT REYNOLDS!!!!!
Willle Nelson plays Uncle Jessie.
Note in the film clip the Charger doing the jump and stunts is all rotten out/rusted on the rocker panels. Looks like this movie was made on a VERY tight budget. The cars in the TV show were all mint...even the ones they used on the jumps. They destroyed most of the Chargers in the show doing those stunts.

Dep
P.S. The REAL Dukes of Hazzard Charger was an R/T with a 440 Magnum.

"Having received over 60,000 pieces of fan mail each month, most folks still maintain that the real star of THE DUKES OF HAZZARD is The General Lee," says Andy Holeman, Director of Consumer Marketing for CMT and also a member of the CMT Good Ol' Boys (& Gals) Executive Search Team. "One of the reasons THE DUKES OF HAZZARD is still so incredibly popular is because the fans see more wild stunts, spectacular car chases and full-on wrecks than any other series on television." With it's Confederate flag on top, the "01" on the side and it's 440-cubic inch Magnum V8 engine, this southern dirt-road express exemplifies the tough, macho, muscular and legendary Dodge Charger that won 22 of the 54 NASCAR races in which it was entered in 1969. With its doors welded shut NASCAR style and beefed-up modifications, The General Lee performs 180-degree "Bootlegger" turns, amazing aerial stunts and much more in thrill packed chases through Hazzard County on THE DUKES OF HAZZARD.

Yeeeeee Hawwwwww!!!!!!!!!
