Default Normal water temp and oil pressure reading?

Hi everyone.
What would you C3 drivers consider to be the “right” oil pressure reading when the engine has warmed up? My 1976 L-82 vette shows a pressure just below 40 and the water temp is normally around 150.
The “warm” air inside the car from the heater fan is not warm at all - is it possible that the thermostat is too cold or even stuck partially open?

Regards, Icyvette

Default

GM considers 40psi at 2000 rpm ok..that is what I have at 123,000 miles on engine..(78)

If your thermostat was restricted, your temps would be high...try a 180.....also,sounds like your heater control valve might not be functioning right....not getting enough flow through the heater core...
