Default Tilt Front

How hard is it to make a tilt front end on a '78?
Anybody sell a kit or have plans?

Twin Turbo is doing one and ecklers used to sell em but don't know if they still do but they're pricey now. BTW, i've got the ecklers tilt, see my pics. it was on when i bought the vette back in 1990 and i luv it. hate working on others vettes, no room to work. claustraphobia

I build my own because the kit doesn't work on 80-82s because of the longer chin, on the earlier cars you can't tilt the hood open that far either, the nose will hit the ground. It hinges at the header bar so when you open the front end the whole area in front of it comes down..and the stock headlights don't fit anymore.

yes, you cut the panel behind the front wheel on the raised line.
