Dash Pad, Dash Cap or Dash Skin???

Dash Pad, Dash Cap or Dash Skin???
If you dash pad is in good shape except for the speaker holes, what is best? Do you have to remove your dash to use a Dash Cap? I am in the thinking stage at this point, so all suggestions are a help.

i did the whole speaker hole repair and posted it a year ago past x mas,,,,,was a lot of work,,,came out good ,then i said screw it and bought a new pad from al knock,WHAT A DIFFERENCE,,AMAZING (THE QUALITY) call al ,,,get the new pad you'll love it ,,,no more peanut brittle like covering that cracks when you look at it wrong,,,soft thick plyable was worth it
