Any one hear have this Craftsman jack system?

Is it worth $300.00?

It looks kind of cool, but don't know if I want to spring for it....

5.5" min clearance... that is a VERY tall jack. I have trouble getting my 3.75" jack under my cars. Neat idea though.

I prefer my regular floor jack and stands to this system. Aside from seeming gimicky, I don't see any rollers on the front of it, so you would just drag it across the floor? And like others have said... 5 and a half inches is not very low. For 300 bucks, I'd buy a floor jack, and a couple sets of stands off craigslist and spend the extra 250 on car parts.

Point taken...

I guess the minimum jack height is due to the fact that you are using the stand to raise the car.

The extra money for the system could by alot of parts.

Saw it in my Craftsman Club magazine. Somewhat inventive, but as stated above the height seems better designed for vehicles that sit higher.
