Default 1970 Oil Pressure at idle

On a 1967 thru 1972 auto or manual stick (350 / 300 hp) under 65k original miles. Running at highway speed with engine at operating temp. the oil pressure is running at 35 lbs. When bringing car to a stop and at idle the pressure drops to approx. 10 lbs. Is this normal for this year ? What is recommended oil pressure at idle? Any suggestions if not normal.

i think 10psi is ok (that is what mine is) at idle. others agreed, some did not.

The first thing I would need to know,… is the gage correct. If it is I would say that is on the low side. Just MOHO….
