A/C blows when turned on vent??
my a/c works great and it get really cold, but for some reason when i turn the system on vent to blow outside air, it still must be running the compessor because cold air blows out the vents. I just don't want to blow cold air while the windows are down or t-tops off.

It sounds like the selector switch contacts have failed they fuse together internally inside the switch. I have had this problems with several GM cars but not as of yet on my corvette.
