Recommendations - Outdoor Car Cover?? [76 Coupe]
I need advise or suggestions from fellow C3 owners who have **WHO'VE BEEN THERE DONE THAT** when it comes to the OUTDOOR car covers. I have a 76 Corvette Coupe with t-tops & two side-door mirrows. The corvette will be sitting outside my home and not driven but a few weekends each month....
I am wanting to find a "snugg" tight-fitting (custom fit), good-looking, 2-window pocket, Outdoor Car cover for the 76 vette. Because of the open windy area, I really need a snug-fit cover that will also look nice on the car, as appearance of the cover on the car is very important to me since it will be sitting outside the side of my home 24/7. The wind blows alot in my open neighbor area, so the tighter fit, the better. Some covers I've seen appear to have a baggy "one size-fits all" look.
Recommendations?
P.S. BTW, I have an indoor Car Cover made by Back East on my 69 Conv. which stays in my garage that I purchased at Carlisle years ago, it fits VERY tight, which I really like, but it has no pockets and is ONLY for indoors use, I use it mainly as a dust sheild and I am happy with it for what I use it for on my 69 vette. I like it for it's light weight, tight fit which is a great indoor garage car cover... but I need an OUTDOOR heavier-weight car cover for the 76 Coupe that has two window pockets, and a "snugg" custom fit due to relentless winds, security, and appearance needed for the 76 vette.

I have one called the Econotech for my '76 that fits like a glove....
You might look into one called the Evolution 4 for what you need. Both have two mirror pockets. Go to www.corvetteamerica.com

I use this one for my 87 Mustang GT and it has been great. Corvette stays inside and the Mustang stays outside.

Thanks to all on this thread, I went back with a new Noah/Wolf cover.
Unknowingly, I had an old Noah/Wolf one on the car when I got it but it was 1.5 yrs old and had worn and torn where the antenna cut out was, (Noah/Wolf replaced the cover under warranty and sent a new replacement out) and was not as water-proof as when it was new. The new Noah/Wolf cover is installed on the car now, I noted the old cover seemed to fit a little snugger I guess because the heat and time had caused it to shrink a little. (Much like a good pair of jeans) In time I hope the new cover will do the same, but it works and looks good. Now to figure out best way to bugee the car cover to keep wind from blowing it off. (another thread).
